Would never know the unit was refurbished. A great buy and savings of over $100.00 compared to a new unit.

Seems to be working ok for now have not used heat side looks nice.

We live in an older house that does not have central air or heat. I purchased these units due to the fact that they had heating and cooling systems. So far the cooling systems work great, we will have to wait till this winter to see how the heating part works. So far my kids love it!

we order the unit it was easy to order it came in in two days of ordering my grandson and i put it to gether the bottom of the slide pieces are a little plastic so i dont no about that but unit is good went in window easy son likes the unit.
