Cools but has high noise level The unit is very noisey. For this reason I would not purchase again. The 2nd negative is that the unit must be moved to drain the tank. IThe drain is about an inch off the floor so draining is a challenge.. The room the unit was purchased for is not connected to the homes central air system. The room is large and has a very high cieling. The unit works as per described but the noise is more than one would expect from a high tech unit.
