Good quality with scratches on door surface.
The microwave works great. However, the product came with scratches on the door surface. Appears as if someone took steel wool and scratched up the door. Not really noticeable at night but very obvious and looks terrible in the daylight. Will never buy refurbished products again.

I like this microwave in that it heats my food really well - it has a tray that rotates *and* simultaneously slides back and forth. Maybe I'm just behind the times on microwaves but this is new to me, and very effective. However, "refurbished" apparently means "lots of cosmetic damage" - the plastic door is all banged up and looks terrible. I wish I'd gotten stainless, although other reviews (elsewhere) say that the stainless versions have more functionality defects, e.g., the control panel stops working. Apparently LG customer service isn't so great; I have yet to experience that for myself but now I'm leary. I want to sell this one and get the stainless one but I'm on the fence given the reviews. Not totally unhappy with my purchase but not glowing like I usually am with Overstock.
