Refurbished??? Looks Brand New!!!
I had been delaying purchasing washer and dryer pedestals. I felt the cost could not justify my purchase. I was delighted to find these refurbished models at overstock.com. When they came there was no damage to be found. I did have to request instructions and mounting hardware, however customer service at overstock.com was extremely helpful and got the parts I needed to me in no time at all. The new elevation of the washer and dryer and the storage space underneath are awesome. Standing up to switch clothes from washer to dryer is much easier than stooping. I can't believe I waited so long to make this purchase. Now I know why people pay twice as much for new ones, even though the smart shopper can buy refurbished ones for 1/2 the price and enjoy them just as much. WHAT A DEAL!!!

Looks almost new
Picked these up to match our new LG washer/dryer set. One drawer was perfectly repainted and looked new. The other had a small vertical crease in the front but not easy to see; it also had been repainted white since i could see the faint red color when I turned the drawer over. The rubber feet looked used but still in good shape. Our washer fit perfectly, but the dryer needed the clips provided so it could be secured by screws. The back of the dryer was shorter so the back clips didn't quite fit but we made them work. You have to retract the feet on both W&D so they fit on the attachments on the top of the drawers. Overall, pedestals shipped fast, were priced fairly and look great with our new W&D!

Much needed pedestal bases
I purchased these at a discounted rate saying they were "refurbished" but with no description of what that meant. I was fine with the refurbished condition of each of them, but the GREASE all over the bottom of one was horrible. No attempt had even been made to clean off the grease from the previous user/owner. The worst part about the whole thing was the PACKAGING. There was barely enough Styrofoam to hold the bases in the box. The boxes were terribly damaged when they were left on my porch. There was barely enough tape on the boxes to keep them closed. Whoever packaged these took a HUGE risk in shipping them in that condition. Luckily there was not further damage from the boxes being dented, torn and untaped. I hope that message is passed on to your shipping department. They need to do a MUCH better job.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was okay. The bottom of one base was dented pretty badly and you could tell it had been attempted repairs. The bottom of the other was COVERED in grease like it had been dragged through a greasy garage and NOT cleaned up.

Great Purchase
Pedestals right out of the box looked brand new even though this is a refurbished product. No scratches or dents. All hardware and instructions were included. My only complaint is I had to take off the bottom panel to get the bag of screws and wrench. They were not taped to the inside of the drawer so they ended up inside the case as a result of shipping and the drawers can't be removed. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Superb. Brand new for 60% of the normal price.
Was afraid to take the risk to get the deal. Risk was unfounded. The two units I bought "Refurbished" were as new. No blemishes. The packaging holding the screws and other hardware weren't even disturbed. Both of mine were brand new and in pristine condition. Would have paid twice the price if I had bought these with the Washer and Dryer at time of purchase. Took me and one other man one hour to install the 2 units.

These are what you are looking for at 1/2 retail price. Who wants to pay fullprice for a metal box? I don't. We were very happy to find these, they are flawless and saved quite a bit of money.

PERFECT
You would never know this was refurbished. It was wrapped in plastic and looked brand new! DO NOT waste your money buying a new one anywhere else! There was not a scratch, dent, or paint chip anywhere on this. It was in perfect condition! I'm such a happy customer!
