I had been delaying purchasing washer and dryer pedestals. I felt the cost could not justify my purchase. I was delighted to find these refurbished models at overstock.com. When they came there was no damage to be found. I did have to request instructions and mounting hardware, however customer service at overstock.com was extremely helpful and got the parts I needed to me in no time at all. The new elevation of the washer and dryer and the storage space underneath are awesome. Standing up to switch clothes from washer to dryer is much easier than stooping. I can't believe I waited so long to make this purchase. Now I know why people pay twice as much for new ones, even though the smart shopper can buy refurbished ones for 1/2 the price and enjoy them just as much. WHAT A DEAL!!!

I ordered two, one for my washer and dryer. There was only one in stock, so I had to place an order for one, then had o.com email me when it came back in stock. The first one I received was flawless, looked brand new. The second one had a small ~3" scrape that showed what I would assume to be the original paint color (red) underneath. Well worth waiting for it to come back in stock to save ~$80 off the price of a brand new one ($$$).

Picked these up to match our new LG washer/dryer set. One drawer was perfectly repainted and looked new. The other had a small vertical crease in the front but not easy to see; it also had been repainted white since i could see the faint red color when I turned the drawer over. The rubber feet looked used but still in good shape. Our washer fit perfectly, but the dryer needed the clips provided so it could be secured by screws. The back of the dryer was shorter so the back clips didn't quite fit but we made them work. You have to retract the feet on both W&D so they fit on the attachments on the top of the drawers. Overall, pedestals shipped fast, were priced fairly and look great with our new W&D!

This was a great deal. Wife keep pressing me to get this but I just couldn't see myself dropping $600 for new ones. These are pretty much new and match my units perfectly. One of them had minor damage in the back. Nothing visible. Install was a breeze. Didn't even need to unplug my units. Neighbor came over and we lifted and sat it on top and it snaps. Just great.

Wy wife and I had been wanting to purchase these pedestals for a while but cringed at the box store price for what appeared to be little more than a metal box. Given the price of these refurbished ones we bit the bullet. Having the extra height made the purchase well worth it. Installation is simple but a little awkward. Two strong adults would make things easier (I had to use my 12 yr old son).

I am pleased with the pedestal and the quality. It is at least a two person, if not three person job to fit the pedestal to the dryer. There are instructions on top of the pedestal that only go so far, you need to read the instructions that are inside the drawer prior to trying to set washer/dryer. I found that they vary. The 13" height of the pedestal is considerable, I was surpised at how tall that made the dryer set up. But, the way that the LG dryer opens, you need to have some additional height so the clothes do not fall out. - Dryer issue, not pedestal issue. Overall good product that added to the washer/dryer set-up.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The pedestal was refurbished, no scratches, dings and drawer slid easily. The packaging was ripped up upon delivery, so I was concerned that the pedestal would be marred. The packaging does need to be reviewed by QC it is easily damaged.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? When the pedestal arrived, I was not surpised at all, that is a good thing. What I thought that I ordered matched the actual order.

Don't know why anyone would purchase a pedestal at regular price. These say that they are refurbished but I could not tell the difference. They look identical to the "new" ones. The color was a perfect match and it came with all the necessary equipment for the installation. I got two pedestals for almost the price of one at a regular store( especially if you use one of the overstock many coupon specials).

i would reccoment this to anyone! the product is bran new ! color is right on, i got them at an amazing price and shipping was lightening speed! props to overstock!

I purchased two pedestals for a washer and dryer we bought a few years ago. They fit the older style with an additional part, easily ordered for the washer only. The extra height makes it so much easier to put clothes in and out of the washer and dryer. I wish we had bought these sooner. They were perfect except for one area that looked like it had been touched up with white paint but it was well done and you really have to look to find anything wrong with them. Shipping was really fast. Don't hesitate to buy these refurbished pedestals.

The pedestals came fast, within 2 days of placing my order. One was perfect. One had chipped paint on the front of the drawer, so I sent an email to Overstock and they sent a new drawer front to me within a few days, no return required. Overstock is great!

Items were received as described. One looked 100% brand new, one had a 2-3 inch scratch on the side which is totally hidden from view anyway. I matched these to a 4 year old LG washer/dryer set we purchased but didn't want to cough up anhother $500 for pedestals. This was a great bargain and $2 shipping across the country!

Pedestals arrived quickly, were exactly as shown, no blemishes, fit the washing machine and dryer perfectly. What can I say, great buying experience. One hint, you will need two people to mount the washing machine, which must be lifted over the pedestal. Because of the way it attaches, you can't lie the machine on the floor and attach the pedestal. It would come off when you attemped to lift the two together.
