Loud a/c
Fan runs very loud, even on the lowest setting. Good job at cooling though.

Refurb A/C
The A/C unit was installed on 7/12 and does not run properly, the face of the unit is broken and does not lock into place. I would like to either have serviced or replaced. Please notify me ASAP.
