Terrible condition
I purchased this item knowing that it was refurbished however I did not expect it to come in the condition that it did. The entire face of it is scratched and dented. I understood the condition to be that of an item returned due to color or not what the original owner expected, that is so in this case. It looks as though it has been used for a long time and then mishandled prior to being returned. I paid to have it installed and I have an infant that depends on it so it looks as though I am stuck. I will not purchase refurbished again.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? same
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The front and bottom of microwave are completely scratched everywhere. The handle has deep scratches and it looks terrible.
