Great Value!
We just moved into a new "old" house and needed a microwave for the kitchen. Since we plan on eventually remodeling and installing a built-in, I didnt' want to spend a lot. I found this one on O and it arrived in two days, works perfectly. It's a little "clunky" in size and does take up some real estate on the countertop but I'm happy with the product for price.

I bought this microwave to replace one that would only work intermittantly. I've only had it for a month so I haven't explored all of it's capablilities but it heats food quickly and is very powerful. It cooks stuff much more quickly than microwaves I've had in the past so I've had to alter the usual cook times. I really like the quick defrost function.

Missing Parts
The refurbisher for this product is lacking in quality. In my case, the glass tray and rubber feet are missing. Will have to wait for Overstock's Customer Service to see how easily this will be remedied. But too many other reviews on this refurbished product have similar stories about poor quality in the refurbishing process. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've never had this kind of problem with refurbished products before. You'd think the manufacturer would get things right the second time around on their product. Over all, I'd never buy another refurbished LG product.

Good bang for the buck
Price was pretty good, and I was pleasantly surprised at the value. Although I didn't know LG made microwaves, I know they are an established brand. This product delivers, does what it needs to do. Not sure about the durability yet as I've only purchased this item about 3 weeks ago. So far, so good.
