  • Better than my old juicer for juicing greens!

    I've been juicing with a very nice juicer for the last 3 years off and on but since I started drinking green juice on a daily basis 2 months ago, I decided it was time to switch to another machine that would bring serenity back into my kitchen. My old juicer is still working like a champ (and I'm packing it up to give it to my brother)but I just couldn't take the noise level anymore. My nerves were completely shattered after making 2 quarts of juice each night for the next day! After reading several reviews on the Champion I realized that I would have to buy a separate attachment for wheat grass and other greens, but with the Kuvings this was not required. Cleaning is about the same as with my Breville. I bought a white Kuvings and I can tell that carrots are going to discolor the white components over time, as I'm sure beets will as well. I didn't want to spend the extra money on the black/silver model but if you're picky about keeping the unit looking brand new, you should spring for the black model. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase! It takes up less room on my counter, I love that the Kuvings is BPA free, it has a 10 year warranty, provides me with more juice with the same amount of veggies and my kitchen no longer sounds like a jet airplane is taking off!
