Hopefully just a lemon
Ran like a champ the first time out of the box. Since then, all it will do is one short pulse each time you hit a button. Planning to send it back and get another. Hopefully just got a bad one...

Ice crusher
This is the best blender I have ever owned, the ice crusher feature is excellent, the whole blender is very easy to use and very very easy to clean. I would highly recommend this for anyone that makes a smoothie on a daily basis like me, you will not be sorry.

Powerful unit
Have always liked Krups products and this one will add to the others I own. I was looking for a blender strong enough to crush ice for Margaritas and this one can handle it, though you need to practice so it gets to consistency you want. No negatives as yet. Appears to have everything one could want in a blender of this tupe.
