This item was not only lovely to look at, gleeming chrome but we have used it to make as many as 12+ sandwiches at a time with great results. The thicker the bread the better the results. It was a gift for the office staff and I wanted something that would stand up to frequent use and this does. My first Krups product but it won't be my last. Very impressed.

Purchased this unit for myself and loved the sandwhiches so much I bought one for a friend.Large enough to make 3 sandwhiches at a time. Great way to use day old bakery bread and any leftovers you have in the refrigerator,. Negative: Grills should detach for dishwasher cleaning after use. Bad product design...waist of time cleaning and inconvenient.

The handle on this item will break and fall off, because the top when raised to put what ever on the grill swivels, but the handle has no way to move and therfore breaks at the points where it is attached. Bad design.

I found this grill to be very good. Originally had a George Foreman grill but it stopped working after a year. Bought another George Foreman grill and it arrived damaged. So decided to move away from the George Foremans. So found this grill. Family loves it. Grills fast and easy cleanup.
