Ordered what I thought was a new Krups machine
I ordered a new Krups Espressia Machine for my wife's birthday. When she opened the package, we immediately noticed coffee grounds all over the outside of the machine, inside the machine and scattered around the box. It was obvious the machine was used - either refurbished or returned. We were very disappointed! I find this to be very dishonest to send someone a used product as if it were new (never before used) machine.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? close to the picture
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I ordered a new Krups Machine, but received a used or refurbished machine. The machine had coffee grounds in the box and all over the machine - inside and out.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Not Accurate. No where did it say the machine was used or refurbished.

So far can't be happier
Well, I have this coffee machine for about a month and so far can't be happier with it. - It's very compact. Compared to automatic coffee machines I have seen before - this one fits perfectly in a small countertop space. - It's automatic indeed. Press one button - get milk for your cappuccino. Press another button - get a shot of espresso. - Very easy to use interface. Rotating knob and two buttons are all you need to operate. - Included (at least with my machine) milk container is very convenient, however hard to open sometimes. - you can choose out of about 20 (didn't really count) languages to operate the machine (including Russian, which was a pleasant surprise for me). - It tells you when to clean a coffee container, change water filter or add water. You just don't have to think about all that stuff. I would like to add some "cons" to this review, but it's hard to come up with any... may be just the fact that a tall cup won't fit under the espresso hose nor under the steam thingy. But it's not really a problem, if you have more than just one tall cup. Love this machine, hope that it will last for a few years, and would gladly recommend it to all my friends.
