Order arrived quickly and in good condition. The bed looks very nice but the color should be called black not mahogany gold. The headboard was somewhat difficult to fit into the frame. It needed to be pounded in with a rubber mallet. The metal is definitely not heavy duty but the bed seems sturdy enough. It is nice for the price!

This bed is quite lovely!My husband and I ordered this for our master bedroom on a Saturday and received it the following Thursday. It took us about 35 minutes to assemble - a quick and pretty easy job.It is a beautiful piece and looks great in our room! We have black furniture, but I think this bed would also be suitable with wood toned or white furniture. We are very happy with this purchase!

I am so glad I purchased this bed. It arrived quickly, and both boxes arrived at the same time. Had 2 minor problems with assembly but only because I misunderstood the directions both times. Only one tool is needed to assemble and it is provided. I put this bed together by myself and I only needed another pair of hands once to help with the frame for a few minutes. Very happy with my first Overstock.com purchase. Called Customer Service twice and they were very friendly and ready to help. Very nice people.

This was our first bed frame with a head and foot board. I was very pleased with the way it turned out. It did not take up as much space as I thought it would in our bedroom and it looks beautiful. During assembly however, there was one area that my boyfriend was having trouble putting together. Once he got it, it was finished and we were both happy.

I ordered this bed to replace our old guest room headboard. It looks really great in the room! The headboard and footboard were easy to assemble. The actual bedframe instructions could have been better as you must insert the center support before you connect the top and bottom supports together. Initially, I did not do this and could not get the center support piece to attach properly.
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and have received compliments on it! It was worth the money.

Excellent quality for the price. Shopped several different stores, internet sites, and any other place I could think of for a quality low-cost guest bedroom set. This set is/was by far the best "bang for the buck." Would highly recommend to any individual that wants a high quality, low cost bedroom set.

It is a nice looking bed. However, the one problem with assembly was that the two pipes on the headboard did not go together very well. They only fit together about half-way into each other, leaving the headboard a little wobbly. Also, there were no instructions for fitting together the matress frame. But I was able to figure that one ok. But all in all I do like it. Thank you.

I have been looking for a unique "iron" look alike bed frame for along time. This one caught my eye the second I saw it ! Great combination of a arched back board and a straight foot board. Overstock made everything very easy. The bed was at my door step a week after it was ordered,it arrived in perfect condition and only took a half hour to set up.

I like the bed - the main problem was it did NOT come with directions on assembly - Took quite awhile to figure it out - I also feel that the headboard should be more secure when you slide it into the frame - overall it is a nice bed

I purchased 7 of these beds for an upscale rental property I own and have been very pleased with them. They have been in use for just over a year now and we have had no problems. All 7 arrived in perfect condition, all of the parts were there and they were easy to assemble. They look great in our rustic, yet modern chalet.
