I was thankful to find this, as I searched all over the internet for it. I bought the whole assembly for just this one needed piece...and was very pleased. I love the drain. I got the antique copper, and it is beautiful. I bought it to go with a copper colored sink and it is beautiful. We have not installed it yet, so I can't comment on the insulation.

Fits the vessel sink nicely but the O ring doesn't seem to fit correctly. I had to put a different ring in to make it work. Looks great once installed.
