LOVE this faucet!!!
I absolutely love this faucet. I like that it is easy to adjust the temperature, with just one handle. I also really appreciate that it doesn't show water beads like chrome ones do, so it stays looking clean longer. the pullout feature is great, and retracts nicely too. Overall, very happy!

bronze is beautiful
This upgrade to our kitchen helped bring the look together. The faucet is awesome, it can change from spray to stream & the pull down feature makes it so much easier to clean bg pots. I highly recommend getting the matching drains to complete the look.

Kraus Single Lever Pull Out Kitchen Faucet
The hoses on the underside used to attach the faucet to the house water supplies were way too short. They were only 4-5 inches long and the plumber said they are usually about 18 inches long. Also, it was not possible to attach one of the other elements to what it needed to be attached to without an adapter. It took the plumber 2 trips to the **** and 4 hours to install the faucet. I've used this plumber before and he is quite competent. I've bought many other plumbing fixtures from you before and this one was the first disappointment, but it was bad enough to make me wary of your products in the future. It should have been stated in the product information on your listing that it was a non-standard product and the variances described.

Well, You Get What You Pay For...
After pricing hundreds of rubbed bronze kitchen faucets locally, and finding them ridiculously priced, I decided to try my luck online. Well what can I say... You get what you pay for. I rely strongly on reviews from others as to the quality of an item. In this case, I cannot understand what people saw in this product. I have bought 5 pull down faucets for the various homes I have lived in, and none of them have had this poor of a build quality. The parts are cheap, the hose that connects the bell is too short, and not even your standard kitchen hose connection. The faucet arm rattles in the socket, and is made of such light material that I could actually crush it in one hand. I should have spent an extra $100 dollars for something with better build quality. I could have found a nice Moen or Price/Pfister at Overstock for a cheaper price than Home Depot, Loews or my local plumbing supply store. I'm not sure if it's the Kraus line, or just this model, but from now on I will find the faucet I like locally and then buy it online.

it's okay
This is a nice faucet and seems to be good quality. The major drawback for me is the splash that is created when the water hits the sink. With the long goose neck it has, when the water hits the sink it splashes everywhere. Big mess. I didn't think it would be a problem because I have a 10 inch deep sink. I only give it 3 stars because of this, but overall it's pretty.
