I love, love, love this faucet. Product was packed well; shipped quickly; delivered with no flaws or missing parts. The perfect companion to our rectangular vessel sink placed on a black granite vanity top. The polished chrome faucet is a stand out and is beautiful. I have absolutely no complaints.
I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, but I am very pleased with the looks and performance of the faucet. It arrived well packaged and in a drawstring soft fabric pouch (just like a piece of jewelry). The clean simple design compliments any decor and the handle is ideal for people, like me, who have arthritus in their hands.

This is a beautiful faucet . But the color was nothing what I was looking for . I ordered Oil-rubbed Bronze . The color looks much lighter . The workmenship of the faucet looks to be great and it is very heavy . I'm so sorry I'm going to have to send it back .
This faucet is gorgeous, excellent quality, sleek, and classy. I ordered it in the ORB, but it isn't as dark as my other oil rubbed bronze (light fixture & towel bars). That is the only thing that I was disappointed in. I kept it, anyway, and still like it.
