Vessel sink and sonus faucet
I love the Sonus faucet, but it is so large that we thought at first it was a kitchen faucet! It does look really cool with our modern decor, and the bessel sink is also very sturdy. The pop up drain works really well. The whole thing is beautiful.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The brown was much blacker brown than pictured
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The glass is very thick, so no worries about chipping or breaking. The faucet is very nice, heavy and high quality.

Nice bowl, bad drain
Bowl looks great, facet looks perfect but the drain defective. Doesn't stay down. Called back plumber who advised me need a new drain. Dealt with Kraus corp. directly and that was a HUGE run around. Talked to the so called customer care person, Nigel, who asked me to FAX a photo of the facuet which I did. And then I waited several days. NOTHING. Called him and he said I had to mail him a photo because the FAX didn't show up. He needed a copy ehich meant running to get photo and to FAX. A HASSLE. Told him it didn't matter what the faucet looked like, this is the one that was sent me. Sent him a photo. Waited several days. NOTHING. Called him again. Asked me where the faucet came from. I told him it came with the sink. FINALLY, as he was telling me it was impossible that I got this faucet and drain with the sink, I realized that for *** it simply was't worth my time which, I assume they would were banking on. The LAST thing this company was willing to do was replace a faulty drain. Hope the new one I just reordered actually works. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
