We first bought this faucet when we were updating our home to put it on the market. We put one in our kitchen & another in our laundry room. The quality of this faucet is great - solid brass, very heavy & substantial. The beauty of this faucet is equally as nice - clean, modern simplicity. The one thing this faucet does not have is a spray feature. It has a pullout, but it is only a stream. I thought I would miss that feature more than I actually do, and I appreciate the streamlined style. We liked the faucet so much that we have purchased 3 for our new home! The value is amazing! You can see similar faucets (but not as nice!) in the $XXX. - $XXX. range. The soap dispenser is just an added bonus. So, overall, this is a faucet of excellent quality, excellent value & great style - thank you Overstock!
Really pleased with this tap, fantastic quality, sturdy and heavy. Love it. The service was also excellent.

I've been happy with this faucet - it's a smaller-scale, and provides a pull-out in a single-handle faucet, which is what I wanted. I too had the difficulty with the sprayer being hard to pull out. I applied some silicone lubricant to the metal hose and it slides in and out much more easily, with less stress on the faucet body itself.
I like the looks of the faucet, but was fooled because the title called it a pull-out sprayer. I thought this would mean the water flow could switch from sprayer to aerated, but there is no "spray" setting on the faucet -- only regular aerated water flow. My other complaint is that when you pull out the sprayer there's a lot of movement in the faucet arm, which makes it feel like it's going to break. I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, or it's just a poor design. I do not have the problem the other reviewer mentioned -- my "sprayer" feeds back into the faucet nicely. I guess the jury's still out as far as whether or not I like it. The spray function I can live without, but I really don't like the flimsy feel of the faucet arm when pulling out the sprayer. I know I'll be holding the arm still, while I remove the spray hose just to be sure it won't break.
Product looked really great and is what I expected as far as dimensions and style. The biggest problem is the pull out faucet. It is really hard to pull out and impossible to put back in and make stay without reaching under the counter and adjusting the spring. I am contacting Krauss to see what can be done so I don't have to send it back.
