Kraus Chrome Pull-out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet and Soap Dispenser

The soap dispenser was the 1st thing to go. Like, within about 6 weeks. It wouldn't dispense soap, and if you kept pumping, soap would ooze out from underneath the spigot all over the counter surface. But, oh well. Those are relatively cheap to replace, right? But now, 9 months after installation, the button on the side of the water faucet (the one that changes the water flow from stream to spray) is falling out. It's sad, because I love a lot of things about this faucet. The reviews are correct about the size: it is tall and very elegant looking. It also has amazing water pressure. It's easy to use, easy to clean and, except for the 2 major flaws indicated above, a very nice faucet. I don't know if it's worth trying to return at this point. If I wind up having to replace this faucet because of a small part wearing out long before its time, this would represent a waste of money.

O.com delivered in record time as usual. And Kraus provided a beautiful faucet for about 30% less than you would pay at the Do-Yourself-Stores like Lowes or Home Depot. The faucet is heavy gauge and quailty plus. It's a very attractive faucet.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The faucet is heavy and sturdy, unlike some models in this price range that are very cheapy made. Kraus blended form and function with a quality product. The pullout works perfectly and retracts easily.

I have changed out several faucets from 3-hole to single-hole. This is the first time I have purchased a faucet that did not come with an optional cover plate to cover the other holes. Now I need to run to the store to buy something to cover the other holes. It looks like it will be a nice faucet once I get it installed. Be aware that if you are converting from a 3-hole faucet (or even a single hole with an integrated plate), you will need to get something to cover the other holes.
