Nice....
I ordered two of these sets to install in my master bathroom, and was incredibly excited when they arrived. They were not quite what the photograph pictured, I think that a more detailed picture would lead folks to see better what the sinks actually look like...they aren't quite as glamorous looking in person, but all in all beautiful basins that still draw many, many compliments!

STUNNING sink and faucet set
I purchased two of these for a Master bathroom vanity area, and was delighted with the shipment. They arrived in perfect condition and are true to the photograph(s). The colors featured in this glass sink are outstanding, it starts out with a light yellowish gold then fades perfectly into green, then into the rich blue with black accents. Everyone who sees this sink and matching faucet falls in love with it immediately, just as my wife and I did. Professional contractors have said they think the set costs in the thousand plus dollar range. It looks exquisite and expensive and is the perfect size for a master bath sink. Our pair matched perfectly, and the faucet is a perfect compliment to the sink. This sink reqires no spacer, but mounts directly ( sits directly ) on the counter top and is extremely secure. The measurements provided for drain hole and faucet hole are correct. We installed ours on a 24 inch wide granite counter. If you want a striking work of art for a bathroom, this is it! We would order it again, and highly recommend this product.

Not what I expected
The sink I received was not at all what I expected. I thought the sink was 100% glass and the black and blue colors where the glass itself not painted on. I think it looked cheap. The markings on the sink I received did not look like swirls or splashes like it looks in the picture, it looked like flowers painted on the black bottom base and it gave it a tropical look, not what I'm looking for in my bathroom decor. I asked others opinions before returning it and they said the same thing. I returned it and got most of my money back, they only deducted some money for the return label.

still working on the vanity top -- but, thus far, I LOVE the appearance of the sink/faucet!! Anxious to have the plumber install same (although the directions make it look sooooo easy -- I might attempt it myself)...it will DEFINITELY be the focal point of this basement bathroom!! thnx overstock -- you have an ongoing contented cusomer!! Keep up the good work!!

Kraus Opal sink & faucet
The sink arrived quickly and was packed very well. It is a very well made sink. The glass is thick and a good size. The faucet is the same quality. There are only two things that were unexpected. First, the base of the sink, as reviewed before, is not flat. You can't just sit it on a counter top and plumb it. We solved the problem by using a double layer of 1/2 plywood for a counter top then cutting out an area on the top layer that would accomodate the sink with about an 1/8 of an inch to spare. Then we 'buttered' the opening with thinset and bedded the sink into that. The other surprise was the actual color of the sink. From the pictures and the name of the sink I expected it to have a more opalesence quality. It doesn't. It looks like several colors of blue and white were splotched on the back-side of the sink. Better pictures would help. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase. Quality product at a good price.

remodel
We are remodeling our restaurant at the resort and are going with a water theme, this is perfect. We have not put them in yet but opened the box and inspected them, they are beautiful. They arrived promptly, I order from overstock for all of my remodeling needs and I am very satisfied with the service.

Not Flat!
This is a gorgeous sink, but keep in mind that the bottom is not flat as the picture and instructions show and it does not sit properly on a countertop. I thought it was just the one I purchased, but I returned one and received a second one with the same issue. It is manageable, but you risk damaging the plumbing because it does not sit properly. My husband played around and made a little cement mold that allows it to sit flat and that worked good for us.
