Insufficient Wall Mount
My husband and I have almost all of the other products in the Kraus Amnis line and this is the only one we are unhappy with. The mounting configuration is completely inadequate for a towel rack of this depth/weight. There is only 1 screw going into the wall on each end, which is NOT enough so the rack sags and pulls away from the wall. We even used heavier screws and anchors than what is supplied and it did not help at all. Even the robe hooks have two screws securing it to the wall. Completely ridiculous that this rack only has 2 total. Very disappointed.
