Great little dishwasher
I purchased this because my 12 yr old built-in broke and I don't have the money to replace it. I love this dishwasher. It is VERY efficient with water and just what I needed. I don't need a big dishwasher because its just me and the cats, but I needed something to wash the cat dishes and my dishes a couple of times a week.I found it easy to use. The only problem I had was that its geared towards larger plates and the smaller ones had a tendency to fall through the bottom of the rack. I solved that by putting a little cookie rack in the bottom. Works like a charm.I've always had very good luck with reconditioned items.

Should have bought one years ago
I rent a tiny house and have no place for a full sized dishwasher. I bought this counter top model nearly a year ago and could not be happier with it. It only takes up the amount of space my drainboard used. Set up was quick and easy. The dishwasher performs better than I expected. I don't need to pre-rinse my dishes. This dishwasher can handle a bit of food residue. There are five different cycles but I use the rapid cycle almost all of the time. It takes just over an hour to run. The longer cycles take about two hours. My only regret about this purchase is that I didn't buy this dishwasher years ago.

Awesome unit
I was not sure what to expect. I read the reviews and decided to give it a whirl. I don't have space for even a portable washer in the lake home kitchen. Put this on the counter next to the sink, set it to the wash you want, and it does the rest. With rinse agent, my dirty dishes come out sparkling even on the normal setting. Couldn't be happier. GREAT BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best solution, worth the money
I love the dishwasher and am SO glad we got it. It doesn't totally solve our space needs. Some things to be aware of: *You'll most likely have to remove your sink nozzle while it's in use. This is kind of a pain for us, as it means we can't use our kitchen sink while we're doing dishes, and it's too big a pain to screw the sink nozzle back each time, so we do without. *Loads are pretty small, and if you want to watch something large you'd have to run it in a load by itself so it's better just to wash those by hand. *Some water remains in the bottom after use, and it's pretty heavy, so it's not really portable (we're building a shelf over half our sink to situate ours, since we have no counter space and it currently lives on the washing machine.) *The instructions are pretty much crap and you'll have to do some trial and error. They're not *wrong*, but they could be way more helpful than they are. Just a picture of the back would be more helpful than the instructions. *Make sure you rinse/scrape off your dishes before to keep the inside from getting gross/smelly. *We rarely use anything but the speedy cycle. Worth the money and I'm glad we bought it. The world's best solution would be for my landlord to install a frigging dishwasher, but as that will never happen, this is definitely the next best thing and has ended the dishes war between my boyfriend and I.

Nice Product
This unit does a great job. However, use a rinsing agent for faster drying and clear glasses. I leave to door open for a number of hours after the washing to get the last of the water to dry on the tops of glasses etc. No major complaints.

Good deal
I purchased this for my Mom as a gift. She has no room for a full sized dish washer and has always wanted one. She just loves this machine. She says it works wonderfuly and is so happy with it.
