Very dissapointed
My purchase never came. They put a trace on it and by the time it did find itself in my garage it was too late. I had to go out to purchase a replacement at a local plumbing supply store since my contractor was waiting patiently for it. I cant comment on the quality of the item since it was never opened but the transaction was very disorganized.

Beware, has plastic parts
I have learned that if you buy from a discount place (i.e. overstock and big box stores), the manufacturor makes and sells the same line to fit various price points. So if you buy the Bancroft line from an expensive plumbing store, you get all brass versus if you buy from a discount retailer you get the look, but mostly plastic. Not happy!! Overstock should state that it has plastic parts. All I saw listed was brass. Do you really want to put plastic in your walls?
