The first bullet under the details say that the nozzles adjust. I never installed the unit and returned it because I debated on the quality. Don't let the chrome fool you, all the knobs are plastic, the handle that turns the water on is plastic, the jets are plastic, even the hand held wand is plastic, and the tub spout is... guess what plastic! Now back to my point of the "adjustable" massage nozzles. Like I said, I never installed the unit but the nozzles definitely did not swivel like other body sprays. There are two knobs that control the top and bottom ten nozzles respectively. Can anyone tell me how the nozzles are adjustable? Is it simply turning the water knob 1/2 a turn vs a full turn? Also, I wondered if the mixing valve would actually prevent extreme hot and cold spells when someone flushes the toilet. The "plasticky" quality left me in doubt...It looks cool though...

I really am pleased with this shower column.. i would recommend it to anyone..especially after dealing with VIGO and their faulty thermostat.. this colum has allot of power and was easy to install and the water from the shower head itself is awesome.. good price .. good product.. finally got to use my shower after 3 months of screwing around with the VIGO column problem.. buy this one its works..

I received this unit in a timely manner and was excited to have it working. However after it was installed it started to leak. The plumber said it needed a clamp. We put one on and it leaked again he said it need more clamps so we put more clamps on and it is still leaking. Not very well made on the side that gets the water. The mirror is not existing since it is too high up and now I see why it is so low in price. If I kept the box I would send it back and get another unit. This is not quality this is garbage. Oh one other thing the top sprayers are right in your face not very good unless you wear goggles in the shower.

I feel so taken on this product. First, you must hire a plumber to install it, which I was prepared to do from the start. (If you think you can do it yourself, know that doesn't come with instructions) We've had it installed about a year now. Three months ago, one of the shower heads broke off. I mean, it actually cracked apart. Last week, two more cracked off. The heads are made of plastic!. The kind dollar store toys are made of! I could have put in a jetted tub for the cost. But then, I did take a bath on this one!

First of all, this indeed is a "huge" shower column, not just a panel.Though other reviews stated it's easy to assemble, but it took our general contractor over 7 hours to get it positioned because of the size. Plumbing definitely is not easy if you do not have some plumbing experience and the necessary TOOLS to get it working.Unless you decide to pay a plumbing service or you are in this profession, this is not DIY friendly.For the quality - your ROI, yes, it is "CHEAP" and I do mean it's CHEAP.It looks great in the picture, but when you pick it up, it is cheap, at the low end part.The shower handhold is very light weight, that means when water comes out of it, you have to hold it tight or somebody will get hurt. Not to mention that handhold device holder, cheap, period.As for whether it's worth of the money, if you do want to or plan to sell the house in the near future, this is a good looking upgrade consider the price you pay for, but for long term usage ? I am preparing to replace it within 3 years down the road....

I installed it in my new bath less than 2 years and didn't quite use it. It is now broken apart. The cap of one of the valves at the back was broken, and the shower head just took off.

The directiosn were horrendous - the plumber took two days disciphering it before installing it. Phone support stunk BUT the panel works wonderfully. It's the next best thing to independent jets (without the panel)! Water pressure was maintained and it lived up to expectations. It does look a little cheap and it is bulky. But it's worth the trade-off for the price and performance!

The piece works well and feels great but a total pain to wash. The main unit is aluminum and most cleaning products are not made to clean aluminum

Like some of the other reviews stated, the mirror is at the same level as the shower head, so you really can't use it, unless you bring the over-head styled shower head to about chest level... :-| The rest of the functions work just fine. I installed the shower unit in two bathrooms over a year ago and have not had a problem. You do have to follow the instructions carefully and you can not throw anything out. On one of the shower units I missed placing a washer and as soon as i kicked the water pressure on I had a major leak. As for total time getting this installed, per shower 1 hour or so. You will need the shark bite clamps to make the transition from your old pipes to the new ones. This unit worked good for me because I was doing a complete bathroom remodel, already had the walls torn apart and had the panel open and realized what the job was before trying to install it. If you are looking for a quick upgrade, this is not it. If you are remodeling your bathroom and want the look and use of the shower, this is a good option. The plastic parts are disappointing, but they don't impact function and once you have the unit up, you don't even notice. Infact, when I read some of the other reviews, I went back to check the pieces listed actually were plastic.

shower head arm was rusted out and broke off clean a month into usage. replacement parts requested took 3 tries to recieve the correct part. water pressure is average. Bottom panel keeps falling off. Not what I'd expect at this price tag.

I love it! It was bigger than I thought it would be but looks wonderful in the bathroom.
