I purchased this sword for my boyfriends birthday and I admit I was nervous to purchase it without the hands-on aspect but when he opened it he actually said "you couldn't have gotten me a better gift." The workmanship is way better than what I expected for the price. It has a good weight and balance, the detailing on the pommel and sheath are well defined and historically appropriate. this is the type of quality i would expect from a much more pricey item, 100% satisfied! And by the way I recieved it in great condition, no problems with the pakaging at all despite some of the other reviews.

I just recieved this sword with another, I am very pleased with the craftmanship, the detail just everything about this sword. Very nice indeed. Would recommend this to anyone starting a collection or already have one. Very nice indeed.
