One feature that attracted me was the bag on wheels, making it seemingly easy for my daughter to transport to and from her housing, but the mattress is so tightly packed into the bag that it was very physically difficult and time-consuming to remove it, and I cannot see how I will ever be able to put the mattress back into the bag, rendering the bag and the rolling wheels feature useless. The product does not come with any instructions or suggestions for removing or re-inserting the mattress. A larger diameter bag and helpful instructions are needed to make this product portable and an acceptable value.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? About the same.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. People who have slept on the mattress find it comfortable.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Inaccurate because it did not mention the difficulty of removing the mattress from the bag or the impossibility of putting it back in.
7" ? - nope. This is packed so tightly the ends in one side never rise to more than 3", overall barely 5" and we gave it a week. Tried twice - The first one was defective with total flat spots (and hard) along one edge(2" max rise). the second unit, while a bit better still only made 3" along one side, 5" along the other. Now what..? The mfg date says 2010 - maybe it cannot be rolled up this long (both units we tried were mfg in 2010) - it certainly does not come to 7" as advertised - read the return policy, be careful. Maybe direct from the factory is the way to go... The company needs to rethink/revise the pkg - or include an expiration date.
