Sturdy product This product is a big step up from my old Kenwood mixer. In terms of size, it is compact but its stainless steel bowl have more than enough capacity for all of my needs. It is heavy but this means that it is also very stable when it is operating on the countertop. The motor is strong enough to knead dough for pasta and the hook attachment reaches deep into the bowl, thus creating a complete and even mix. With this machine, I have created bread with a texture and crumb that I have not achieved before. This is a sturdy kitchen workhorse that seems to be able to serve me for many years to come.
