We have loved the burr grinder--no more bitter coffee. The burr grinder eliminates overheating the beans by grinding too long. The ground coffee is immediately dispensed into the glass container on the bottom. Certainly easy to use. Did have to disassemble the front section to release some beans that got caught, but was easy to put back together.

Not only does it have the quality that KitchenAid is known for in their high-end appliances but is one of the simplest devices I've bought in years. Not too complicated to operate, easy to clean and makes a great cup of coffee!
Only one thing I really didn't care for was the style, it looks too much like my wife's grinder. ;-)
