This carafe does not keep beverages hot. Tepid would be more descriptive. I will probably throw it away because I stupidly threw away the receipt and packaging. This is the last time I will expect the truth from Overstock.com.

Received item in good condition but it doesn't keep coffee hot ore than an hr or sol Filled it with hot warer prior to use and it still was just warm enough to desolve creamer for second cup of coffee after about 1 1/2 hrs.

Not the best quality product. The first one that arrived couldn't close properly. I took my chances on a replacement and the next one that arrive lasted a week before the red lever that allows you to pour without opening came out. Pity, It would have been nice.
