Perfect Toast Every Time!
I don't understand the negative review, because this toaster toasts my toast, muffins, and bagels, perfectly, every time! I am a stickler, for evenly-toasted, bread, etc, and this is the first toaster, through the years, that does this. Very, very, satisfied with this product!

sides are darker than they look
This is a Kitchen Aid, so it's a solid brand. The sides are battle ship gray, not brushed steel. Not as is looks in the picture.

Kitchen aide toaster
Need a toaster that doesn't require pushing bread down into toaster after the lever has been pulled down. It should go into slot by itlself. The toaster does toast evenly

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. You have to push bread into the toaster (regardless of size), the bread, bagel, etc. will not go all the way down to be toasted without effort.
