The unit is fine, it's just not the one advertised. I've seen the same unit I received for $30 less, I picked this one because it was a good value and had the features I wanted.

I feel like a kitchen guru
When I opened the box, I was so happy with the size and weight of the machine. It does so many more things than the earlier models. Just a few days ago I made pizza dough in my food procesor. I cut up all sizes and shapes of vegetables and serve them raw or make a beautiful salad. Every blade makes a different kind of cut. I also ordered extra blades to make even more kind of cuts. It has made cooking fun and interesting again.

We purchased a KitchenAid Mixer a few months ago and the refurbished item works like new. We needed a much larger food processor - and this KitchenAid was perfect and the price was great. We are really using both a lot now that the holidays are here.
