Where has this been all my life?
This is one of the greatest purchases I have ever made. I can fit a twelve inch pizza in this bad boy and it tastes like a pizza should. You don't have to wait for it to preheat and you don't have to wait for your large oven to preheat! There is a tray in the bottom of the oven, making it so much easier to clean. There are racks you can put in it or a cookie sheet that come with it. I have only had it for a few weeks so far, but I wonder how I lived without this so long. I don't think you can go wrong getting one. I know I sure don't regret it.

Very good product
Got this for my daughter and she loves it for baking small items, frozen pizzas and toasting sandwiches - she has even baked cookies and bacon in it. Excellent price and arrived looking and performing like new even though it was refurbished - all new trays and racks - a great buy.

Suits all my needs!
Was looking to replace my toaster oven, didn't realize this was a convection oven as well. It suits all my cooking needs without having to use my stove (oven). Cooks items better than I would have thought. I am very happy with this purchase, well worth the price I paid for it!

Great!
Love it's look and convection! However, it's not a toaster. Does not toast well at all, unless you set it for the highest temp and it takes forever for the coils to get hot enough to start toasting! Bakes well and I like it in my counter!

Best Table Top Oven
Very pleased with the unit. Constructed well, controls easy to read. I also have a confection oven with my free stand range, but for smailler item.. this is the best.I use this about 2-3 time per week for the oven and it has been right on every time. As far as being refurbished, well it cam out of the box and appreared to be brand new. I do know that the quality control on refurbished products is much better than standard "new" as these units are inspected more to make sure they are up to the factory specs. For the money , this unit was about 60% less that the department stores selling the same model.

Info on dial settings very hard to read
Would recommend with reservations, because of the settings being very difficult to read, think that info should be disclosed in products description, I really don't think I would have purchased this item if I had known about the dials, also the packaging looked like it had been in a war.I was really surprised that the unit only had one small dent in rear of unit. The unit works fine so far, have broiled and baked in the oven and satisfied with results

I have only baked in this oven once & it was a wonderful experience. I think the name of Kitchen Aid helped me to order it. I would Sure order anything that was refurbished by Kitchen Aid

Not at all a good toaster
I bought this oven to replace another toaster oven because it did not toast well. Well, this one is just as bad if not worse. Can anyone tell me what toaster oven works on toast the best. I really do not want to just try another one to find out it does not work well.

You can buit those more poorly
First I have to mention that it was a refurbished oven. Cosmetically it was acceptable with some dents but certainly not perfect. Electrically it was a mess. The oven was heating like crazy until it hits the high limit cutoff even if I've asked 200 deg. Overstock was kind enough to reimburse me because I lived in Canada and return shipping and all the hassle would have been more than the $80 paid for it. I thought KitchenAid was building medium to high quality stuff. This particular one is just an example of poorly made Chinese crap at its worst. Every metal sheet are so thin you can almost see through them. Finally I dont know what kind of testing they made to call them refurbished but mine has find its way in the garbage
