Where has this been all my life?
This is one of the greatest purchases I have ever made. I can fit a twelve inch pizza in this bad boy and it tastes like a pizza should. You don't have to wait for it to preheat and you don't have to wait for your large oven to preheat! There is a tray in the bottom of the oven, making it so much easier to clean. There are racks you can put in it or a cookie sheet that come with it. I have only had it for a few weeks so far, but I wonder how I lived without this so long. I don't think you can go wrong getting one. I know I sure don't regret it.

Very good product
Got this for my daughter and she loves it for baking small items, frozen pizzas and toasting sandwiches - she has even baked cookies and bacon in it. Excellent price and arrived looking and performing like new even though it was refurbished - all new trays and racks - a great buy.

Suits all my needs!
Was looking to replace my toaster oven, didn't realize this was a convection oven as well. It suits all my cooking needs without having to use my stove (oven). Cooks items better than I would have thought. I am very happy with this purchase, well worth the price I paid for it!

Great!
Love it's look and convection! However, it's not a toaster. Does not toast well at all, unless you set it for the highest temp and it takes forever for the coils to get hot enough to start toasting! Bakes well and I like it in my counter!

Best Table Top Oven
Very pleased with the unit. Constructed well, controls easy to read. I also have a confection oven with my free stand range, but for smailler item.. this is the best.I use this about 2-3 time per week for the oven and it has been right on every time. As far as being refurbished, well it cam out of the box and appreared to be brand new. I do know that the quality control on refurbished products is much better than standard "new" as these units are inspected more to make sure they are up to the factory specs. For the money , this unit was about 60% less that the department stores selling the same model.

Gift for my guy who did not have an oven.
He uses it almost daily and is loving it. I know he has baked meat loaf, full size frozen pizza's fit easily. I did buy the 2 year warrenty because the reviews of these items often talk about the product lasting 1 year and dying. It has been 4 months now and working fine. I never did receive a printed document that regarding the warrenty which is a problem when it is given as a gift. I called and they said they would send one but never did.

Best Ever!
The oven arrived in excellent condition, and seems new. There are no any noticeable scratches on it, and it had that new appliance smell the first few times I've use it. This is the best oven I've ever had, and I'm so happy I could afford it at the refurbished price. It looks sleek, with large glass window to keep an eye on your dish. It has a pull out tray for easy cleaning. So far, I've used it to toast some bread with cheese melted on top, and it does a wonderful job, and quickly.

Wreck
This is the first product that I have been totally unsatisfied with. It looked like a truck ran over it. There wasn't a straight corner, door wouldn't shut, and it didn't even set level on the counter. Customer service is sending a return label. This item can't be ordered anymore, so I don't think anyone else will run into this problem.

Great little oven!
I bought this oven as a replacement for a KitchenAid countertop NON convection oven. The NON convection oven did not bake evenly - plus I ruined it when I used oven cleaner on the inside (big no-no!!). I replaced it with this kitechen Aid refurbished convection oven. I was concerned about the "refurbished" title, but so it has seemed like a brand new oven to me! The timer is great - dings and shuts off automatically when done, so you don't forget things cooking in the oven. You can also leave in the "on" position for extended cooking. The conveciton fan does seem to make things cook more evenly than the previous version I owned. My teenagers love it for cooking french fries, chicken wings, nachos and brownies. I love it for heating dips and keeping dishes war when we have parties. The oven door is much more solid than other brands and closes smoothly and tightly. All in all - a great little oven that I will keep clean WITHOUT oven cleaner!! (I learned my lesson).
