Great looking mixer displayed on my counter. As its heave and bulky, you do not want to be storing it in a cabinet; so make sure you have adequate counter space. Great price. Works well. Came with three basic attachments. I will be ordering more attachments once the unit is burned in. The highest speed can really cause a mess without a covered bowl. First mixer arrived broken, sent back and was easily returned without any issues. I will be ordering from Overstock again in the future.

    i received this mixer after getting the pear color in a refurburshed model , that was sent to me( I didnt order refurburshed). I didnt like the bright color, although it was a nice pear color.I guess Im a neutral kind of gal and reorderdd the brushed nickel. I absolutely lovvvvvve her! I cant wait to try her , and love the heavy duty attachments, This is my first stand mixer, and plan on doing alot of cooking in my retirement days. I also orderd the pistachio for my new daughtr in law and that is a beautiful color as well! we are one kitchen aid family.

  • How did we do without it?

    We received our KitchenAid stand mixer the week before Christmas. We always pick out a "together" gift and this was our choice this year. My husband and I both cook a lot and our little hand mixer was wearing out and is hard to use. Company was on the way and I had dozens of cookies to make that day. I just couldn't wait. I opened the box and placed the mixer on the kitchen counter. WOW! It was really heavy so I knew it would not move while being used and it didn't. The batter was really thick but it did the job in no time. Christmas is over, all the decorations have been put away but our beautiful, heavy duty, custom metallic mixer is still on the counter where it will remain. What a great purchase! How did we do with out it?
