    Many of my friends recommended this mixer and I have found that their recommendations are right. It is fun to use and mixes my recipes very well. I have had it only a short time, but am looking forward to many years of use. It is easy to clean and I love the spout to add ingredients while mixing. Delivery was less than a week from ordering.

    I twice received a defective mixer. However, on both occasions I found the customer service at overstock to be excellent. I realize that Kitchen Aid is a well-known brand. And I have owned a Kitchen Aid mixer for years and been very happy with it. I suspect that this was two coincidental flukes. But the experience caused me to grown in my respect for Overstock because of the customer service experience.
