Very happy with my new kitchenaid! I love this mixer! I have wanted one for years (I should have registered for one when I got married and didn't....) and recently decided I had burned out enough hand mixers, it was time to take the plunge! I started by looking online for the best deal and Overstock offered the best price. I noticed that the price varies with the color......I was very excited to not have white! I ordered it! It came in about 3 days!!! (I love Overstock that way and who can beat $2.95 shipping?) It arrived well packaged and very safe and in excellent condition. I've used it several times already and love it! Easy clean up! Great product!

Never worked This was sent as a gift. It never ran from the minute it was taken out of the box, the motor just groaned and sounded like it was overloading. I do need to give cudos to the customer service rep I spoke to. He listened to the situation and apologized that I was having problems. After I decided on a full refund he immediately emailed me a shipping label and instructions on how to return it. Overstock let me know when they received the mixer and I was fully refunded. With customer service like that I will continue to use Overstock.com.

I can't tell you how many years I have wanted, longed, yearned for a KitchenAid Mixer. With their reputation, and getting to see one in use, there has never been a doubt how much I have wanted one. But, having an extremely tight budget, means no shiny new toys. No matter how much easier it would make things for you. You make due with what you have on hand. Well, finances have finally eased their choke hold on us for the first time in a very long time, so I am seizing the moment, seizing the day, and I am going to have my KitchenAid Mixer! I did extensive research on the best model, and then the place that had the best price, and the Artisan Mixer was the best rated across all review boards, and then Overstock.com had the lowest (well, okay 2nd lowest) price. The other company was "Everything Kitchens" and after searching reviews of the company, found some very bad reviews. Not that I didn't find the same bad reviews for Overstock.com, but, I've known about Overstock.com for a long time and have never heard of EK. So, I went with longevity and decided that the safer bet was with the big O! I hope my purchase experience will be a good one! Thank you for the wonderful products you offer and for the great prices and discounts (of which I took advantage of from the e-mails I get from Overstock.com).
