Great for the price
I was looking for something to make green smoothies without paying the insane price of a vitamix. This one had the best reviews for the price, and so far I see why. It is high power, and I think durable. I have been making a smoothie a day for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I am a little worried about how frozen strawberries might affect the longevity of the machine, so I will probably soften them up now. The only thing I am not sure about is the texture I end up with. It either leaves things slightly chunky, or I have to blend it a really long time and end up with a frothy aerated texture. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong, though.
