  • Works great!

    The pasta roller worked perfectly, just like it should. I was able to roll out the dough without any problems and it didn't rip or tear any holes in the dough. The spaghetti cutter was great although if you are wanting to make a spaghetti that is more true to the size you have to roll the dough a little bit thicker so that it is more rounded. I haven't used the fettuccine cutter yet but I have no doubt that that will work just as well as the other two.

  • Homemade pasta never easier!

    I've used the pasta roller for sheet pasta several times now for homemade ravioli and it works great. If you follow the dough recipe exactly as in the book that comes with it, it works perfectly. Beware because too much oil or not enough oil in your recipe and the dough will not go through the roller. I run the dough through on the number one setting the first time, fold it in half and run it through again on the number one setting. After that I do it once on 2, then 3 and then end with 4.

  • Awesome price and great, great, great product

    I have wanted these for a while and took advantage of an Overstock sale to purchase. The price could not be beat elsewhere. I have used them several times so far and have had no issues. They are made in Italy and are of excellent quality. I have used the partial whole wheat and full whole wheat pasta recipes from the Kitchen Aid guide that came with the item and both recipes turned out wonderful. Love, love this item. If you have wanted them like I did, do not hesitate.

    It is exactly the same as the one you can purchase in any kitchen store. The only difference is the price! It is expensive in any store and Overstock had it for for much less. Great deal!

How large is the widest setting on the pasta roller? I've used a hand crank machine for years and recently tried another brand of electric pasta machine (which broke the first time I used it). I found the initial setting to be significantly smaller than the hand machines which made it difficult to get a nicely shaped sheet of pasta. smokeybee on Jan 19, 2013

It is comparable to the hand cranked imperia that I use to have. Although the widest setting is good enough for pasta, it would be nice to have a larger setting for making crackers or for needing greasy dough. drcheese on Mar 31, 2013
