The pasta roller worked perfectly, just like it should. I was able to roll out the dough without any problems and it didn't rip or tear any holes in the dough. The spaghetti cutter was great although if you are wanting to make a spaghetti that is more true to the size you have to roll the dough a little bit thicker so that it is more rounded. I haven't used the fettuccine cutter yet but I have no doubt that that will work just as well as the other two.

Love this roller and cutter set. Making fresh pasta has never been easier. In the past I have used the hand crank type roller and cutter for making pasta, but the KitchenAid set frees up both hands to feed the dough and catch it as it comes out the other end. Love it! I highly recommend this product.

This item is an excellent attachement for your Kitchen Aid stand mixer and homemade pasta is a snap to make. You can not wash this but rather dry it and brush it off, which is fine since it's just four and water. I love making argula pasta with this.

If you love making pasta, the roller is a must have. It is so much easier than rolling the pasta dough by hand with a rolling pin. The spaghetti cutter is a little too thin for me. It is more like angel hair cutter. Fettuccine cutter is perfect! Love this product. Fresh pasta is the way to go!

This was the first time I purchased on Overstock and I was very happy! I had expected postage to Australia to take a long time, but it was remarkably quick! The price was very competitive - I saved a fortune (even including shipping on a heavy product) compared to what I would have paid here for the same thing! The Pasta Roller and Cutter set itself is fabulous - soooooo much easier than using a a hand cranked pasta machine, and my pasta has turned out perfectly every time. I can't believe how quickly I can whip up fresh pasta now - loving it!!

This product is well-made and easy to use. Used it for the first time today and it was worth every penny I paid for it. I used to use a manual pasta maker and cutter many years ago and this works just as well, but faster and better. There's nothing like homemade pasta. Can't wait to do more with it!

Best value on the web for a wonderful tool. I use it for the obvious (pasta), but also for flattening out candy and fondant. Perfect for these uses! Fairly easy to clean, though it would be better if you could immerse it. As it is, you need to clean it as soon as you lr done, otherwise it becomes very difficult. I'll only regret purchasing it if KitchenAid ever makes this product with a sealed gear box. Otherwise this is an incredible product. Highly recommend it!!! 5 stars!!!

When I say "worth the wait" it is not because it took long for the pasta roller set to arrive...Overstock got my order to me very promptly. No, it's because I have wanted the KitchenAid pasta roller for my stand mixer for YEARS and just didn't want to pay full price. When I saw this item on Overstock at a healthy discount, I decided I'd waited long enough. These are a dream to use---they connect easily and securely to the mixer, which powers the roller/cutter. They are well made (heavy duty metal parts...should last a lifetime). They function perfectly to roll sheets of pasta dough and cut them into spaghetti or fettuccine. The first batch I tried was whole wheat egg pasta (husband's favorite). I was able to quickly turn out piles of delicate ribbons of fettuccine which took a minute and a half to cook and tasted great. Although I have a manual crank pasta machine, I almost never used it, but the KitchenAid set is so quick and easy to use, we will be enjoying fresh pasta more often. Highly recommend!

If you love homemade pasta or noodles, you have to buy this! Like all the Kitchen Aid attachments, it goes on smoothly and quickly. It cut my pasta making time in half. Even made thicker egg noodles and they turned out great! I like the height when attached to the mixer because it gives that extra space to catch the pasta as it is extruded.
