I recently received my mixer and have used it several times. I am pleased with its performance so far and anticipate it will continue to meet my expectations for it. The only negative was the missing dough hook but after calling the O I soon received the missing item. I am looking forward to using it many more times and expanding my cooking abilities. I have bought several things through them and have not been disappointed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because nothing is perfect on this earth.

Very good. I replaced one that I had purchased from Overstock several years ago. Great ship time - came in the day before I was to bake. I always go to this site for best price and ship time.
