I have had this toaster for a few weeks. It replaces a toaster that lasted over 20 years. It is solidly made. It is heavier than most toasters since it has more space around slots to keep it cool though it still gets hot on top. The slots look smaller but they are a tad longer than our last toaster. Toasts well with a wide range of settings from 1-9. We use settings 5-7 depending on type of bread. It has a bagel and warm setting, crumb catcher that pulls out for cleaning. The cord wraps around the bottom. It would be getting five stars but I don't know how long it will last and it is a bit heavy. The color is a lighter blue than shown in the photo.

This is a nice looking toaster AND it's Kitchen Aid -- so of course it works beautifully and is made to last. I only wish that the 4 slot had been available in the blue willow. No such luck! Overstock.com made the ordering process simple.
