    Bought a refurbished one first and had to return it because it stopped working after the first use. Bought a new one and was frustrated because I forgot to add the warranty and when I called customer service they told me that it was too late and it could not be purchased separately and that they also could not add it to my order. So far it has been working fine, but am worried that I don't have the additional warranty with it.

    This food processor has been very good and reliable. It shreds the veggies for my salad nicely. My salads look like cole slaw consitency. I would like a larger shoot to feed larger vegies. I have to cut some things to fit in the shoot. Also would like a wheel for larger shreds too. The smallest ginder wheel is too small, I have no need for anything ground that fine. I would recommend this to a friend.
