Bought these because I needed pots to work on my new induction cooktop. They work great! Love the glass lid, as I am able to see what I am cooking. They are as nice as the all-clad, just not as heavy. A friend of mine has an expensive name brand that looks just like these, except the handles are different, and I know I didn't pay as much as she did!Read More
These pots and pans are quality products. I like the clear see through lids. The heat is evenly distributed and foods come out cooked well. A very good purchase for the cost.Read More
Questions & Answers
Hello veenis, We apologize for the delay in answering your question. A double full cap base consists of a layer of aluminum, then copper, followed by more aluminum and finally a layer of stainless steel, all of which is bonded to the base of the pan for exceptional cooking performance with reduced hot spots. Suitable for induction stoves. Thank you for your question and for shopping with us.
Hi. Do the handles get hot? Thanks, aec
Hello, cassian. Hope your day is going well. In a high end product, you should expect the handles to be designed in a way to facilitate heat dispersal. They won't necessarily get too hot to handle, unless they are too close to the heat source. Don't fill the pan up to the level where the handles are and don't let the gas flame extend outside the bottom of the pan. If you do, even the plastic handles will get hot and even burn. Thank you for shopping with us and please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.

How to Make Charoset for Passover
Preparation for Passover involves a lot of time in the kitchen. The Jewish holiday not only involves a thorough cleaning of the kitchen; it also requires special foods for the Seder feast and separate cookware and dishes that you don't use during the rest of the year. The foods of the Seder plate are symbolic and include bitter herbs to help emphasize the bitterness of slavery and a mixture of fruit, nuts, and wine called "charoset" to recall the mortar used by Hebrew slaves in the Pharaoh's construction projects. Charoset (also spelled haroset) is one of the most popular foods served at Passover meals.
