Useful Kitchen Tool
I was looking for a substantial brush for applying heavy sauces, but this brush is more appropriate for applying light oils or brushing flour. The bristles are very soft and very pliable - no stiffness to them at all. I'll keep this one fpr pastry work and order another for applying thicker sauces to meats.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I thought the brushes would be more substantial. They are very soft and piable, but well made and no 'shedding' of bristles.
