I have used this Kitchen Aid Roasting Pan quite a few times, roasting a variety of meats as well as vegetables. It is a good average sized roaster. The rack is very nice for meats and can be removed when cooking vegetables and casseroles. The pan resists caked on food and grease. It is very easy to clean. I recommend it for anyone who cooks in the oven.

If you like how it looks on the screen you will like it in person. My mom bought this for me as a gift and I plan on returning it because I don't like the large "KITCHENAID" stamps on the handles - unecessary brand placement. Also, these are currently on sale at ******** for $40 (down from $60).

I searched for a LONG TIME for a roasting pan that DID NOT HAVE A TOXIC CHEMICAL LINING, ie a non-stick coating. I do not use any pans with non-stick coating. (If you have birds the fumes from them will kill your birds. Humans may not die, but what are all these chemicals doing to us. I wonder if there is a correlation between breathing in these chemicals and the increase in lung cancer in women. Just speculating.
