  I love these garbage cans! They are exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that my dog learned the first day how to hover his nose over the sensor and open the pail!

  This is a nice assortment of sizes, but not a good value because some of the lids do not fit well, and are not airtight. Genuine Lock & Lock brand is much better. If you buy these to use for storage that need NOT be airtight, they are adequate. I'll find a use for them, but not in my kitchen pantry.

  I really like the pieces. I think they're really nice looking on my counter, and They seem to be sturdy. But 2 came chipped around the rim and one of the shaker's holes are too big so it spills more than shakes. That surprised me a lot considering how bubble wrapped it was. I also had to throw one piece away. It had a strange brown film on the bottom, like syrup that with no amount of scrubbing could I get off. Also, the tallest jar could not fit my spaghetti pasta. It was about an inch too short. I think I'd recommend this to a friend, but urge them that not all of the pieces will come perfectly pristine. I will say however, that the stickers on the bottom were very easy to get off. And I think hey have the potential to last a long time.
