I love this sink, but because of the square sides and flat bottom it is very hard to clean the corners and keep food from being left on the bottom. The quality is good, but I would recommend one with a little slope and more rounded edges.

Overall this sink is perfect. It is a piece of art and the craftmanship is very well done. It is well built and looks beautiful in our new kitchen. The smaller bowl on the right is perfect for our garbage disposal and the bowl on the left is huge. It is wide and deep just as a sink should be. The grates that are provided with the sink to prevent damaging the bottom of the bowls finction great and are easy to remove if needed. The rubber pads on the bottom of the grates keep them in place and protect the bottom of the bowl. The strainer in the sink is well designed, easy to remove and easy to rinse out the debris, so the debris goes down the garbage disposal. The cap (plug) for the sink is easy to place over the stariner so that you can soak dishes easliy without losing any water! I would recommend hiring a professional to install the new sink, since they will do it much faster then the normal person. We had to rerun the PVC pipes under the sink ,since this sink was deeper on the left side and much more shallow in the right basin. Enjoy the sink it is a beauty!

Great sink! Very happy with it. Very fast (and free) shipping. It looks great with my new quartz counter tops. I really like the grids on the bottom of the sink. I thought they would be a pain, but it is still very easy to clean out the sink with the grids left in it. Don't hesitate, just buy it!

We had to return the first shipment because the sink had a defect in the finish. The second sink came with a bent corner, which we were able to straighten out without returning. The sink has been in use for about three months. The bottom does scratch easily. We keep the grids in all the time to minimize scratching, but even the feet of the grids have left small circular scratches. We hand wash a fair number of items and the sides have held up very well with minimal scratching. Like all stainless steel, you either neither to dry the sink or accept water spotting. We have not had any issues keeping the sharp corners clean. Overall, we like the sink. It is deep, beautiful, and very functional. We would purchase it again.

I find that there is not enough slope in the sink bottom to allow the water to flow properly to the drain. That being said fine particles of food get left in the sink corners and edges. The grate is large and cumbersome. You constantly have to lift the grate to clean out the sink. This is somewhat of an inconveniene.

The sink appearts to be well made from quality materials. But, the installer found black spots in the bottom of the sink whch might be left over from buffing compound. Sink should have been checked more closely before shipping.

Love this new sink, was looking for a heavy gauge sink to fit into a 33" cabinet and this one fits perfectly, loved that the drains were included and the bottom racks, however the plumber could not use the left drain (large side) due to the location of the pipes in the wall. Since the sink is deeper than my old one with the drain also being a bit longer they just would not line up with every thing else (disposal etc) make sure you measure the sink depth with the drain to the location of your pipes or just buy a seperate drain as we did. Love it!

The sink and faucet set is a great value. However, the measurements are confusing. The width is not the width of the sink from right to left - it is actually from the top (faucet) to the bottom of the sink. So, the sink is taller than wider. The sink did not fit our bar area as we needed wider than longer, so we had to return it.

While I love the look of this sink, I am disappointed that it scratches easily, the grille has left white marks on the bottom that do not come off, and it does not seem to drain as well as others Ihave seen. I will leave the grille permanently on the bottom, which I personnally like, but it would have been nice to have the option. My son ordered a similar model on O, 1 inch less deep but similar in other ways for XXX.XX less.

Pros: I love the sink depth and heavy gauge steel. I bought the sink to replace a double sink where neither side was wide enough to hold a standard 9x13 baking dish or cookie sheet to soak before washing. This sink is deep and wide enough to soak all of my pots and pans - it's great! I do not miss the double sink at all! Cons: The stainless steel surface is not as stainless as one would hope. There was some food on the bottom of one of the dishes that was left in the sink overnight and it has left what appears to be a permanant stain in the sink - scouring with a steel pad and pumice has not removed it. Summary: I would recommend this sink - it's size and sturdy construction are worth the money. Just be careful to keep food from sitting for a lengthy time on the surface.

I wanted a great big sink and I got one. I can soak cookie sheets, broiler pans and my turkey roaster and still have room left over. However, I was disappointed because the sink came with a stainless steel rack that was supposed to sit in the bottom of the sink to protect the sink surface from being scratched by sharp edges of pots and cutlery. The rack is made to the exact dimensions of the sink, but because this is an undermount sink the overhang of my soapstone counter top makes it impossible to get the rack into place. If you are using this as part of a kitchen remodel tell your countertop fabricator to to take this into consideration.

First - a thumbs up for Overstock customer service. After receiving the sink, I stored it in the garage - we had started on plans to renovate the kitchen, but it was taking longer than expected. By the time I went to check on the sink to make sure all looked good - it was past 90 days (shame on me). And strangely, the logo on the cloth protective bag that the sink comes packaged in - had somehow bled/tarnished through on to the sink divider. The tarnish could not be rubbed off - and it was clear that it was an imprint from the package. In horror, I called Overstock - customer service handled it beautifully. I texted a picture of the issue and they gave me instructions on how to send back the sink so they could send a replacement. The new sink came without a glitch. Installation was easy (or at least the countertop people did not run into any problems with it) - but then I realized that the countertop people didn't realize the bottom grates were in the box and they had come and left with the box. The countertop company could not retrieve the box (the installer had thrown it away at another project site - and it was unretrievable). So I called Ruvati directly. Ruvati does not sell the grates - they come only packaged with the sink set. But the rep. said if the warehouse had them in stock, they would send them to us. The next day they called and confirmed they were sending them to our house - no charge - not even for the shipping. The sink itself is great. I love the squared corners with some radius so that they aren't impossible to clean. Everything is solid. Definitely make sure though that you have enough clearance from the backsplash to the front. Our faucet fixture was a pretty typical 2.5 inch diameter and there is JUST enough room for it to be set. If I had gone with 3cm Quartz backsplash vs. the 2cm Quartz backsplash (which I did debate endlessly on because it meant another slab), it would have not had enough room. Most of all - Overstock and Ruvati had excellent customer service and have me sold.

We ordered this sink for our custom built house and could not be happier! - The shipping time was accurate which is helpful when you are trying to stay on a schedule. - Packaging was almost over the top. I was worried about the sink arriving dented or scratched but it arrived in pristine condition securely bundled. - Our builder had no issue installing the sink (to my knowledge). But, we had informed him of the sink's dimensions early on in the kitchen's build. - We have been using the sink for 9 months now and I am still extremely happy with our decision. I have had no issues with scratches. The sink does show some water marks if not wiped down but that was expected. I enjoy it's size...not sure I could ever go back to anything small or shallow again. I love and use the trays daily. The only thing that caught me by surprise was that the black pads on the feet of my trays have left 4 marks where they rest on the bottom of each sink. All in all, it is my most favorite part of the kitchen!

Looks great and it¿s very well-made. Both sides are nice and deep, and the bowls are large.Since the sink is very deep and square, it can be a challenge to get all the connections made, but our plumber didn¿t have too much trouble with our faucet, instant hot water and soap dispenser.I should have ordered this earlier in the remodel, because there some pre-planning in order to make it fit correctly. Due to the size, your plumber may need to adjust how the water and drain lines are run to your sink, especially since a disposal will hang lower than most sinks. The sink is so large that it was a tight fit in my standard size base cabinet, and will definitely limit the faucets you can choose. Since you¿re left with minimal distance to the back wall (about 2¿), it won¿t work well with a faucet whose handle rocks back to turn it on or set the temperature. However, we worked around this by simply twisting the faucet 45 degrees, which doesn¿t look too bad. Although the sink is deep, it still accommodated the large disposal we bought here on Overstock, with a few inches to spare at the bottom of the cabinet. Our contractor has told us that one client removed a similar design because it collected grease in the corners that was hard to clean. I can¿t imagine this being a real issue. Since the corners on this sink seem to be slightly rounded ¿ perhaps this has been taken into consideration in the design. The construction is very solid ¿ definitely doesn¿t ¿sound¿ cheap when you clank against it and doesn¿t vibrate when the disposal runs. The main bowl has a small Vigo in it ¿ centered horizontally in the main bowl about two inches below the rim. It was well-packaged for shipping. We had a bit of a customer service issue. Our sink shipped without the clips to attach it to the counter. I contacted Overstock the same day asking for a speedy resolution, but it¿s taken over a week with still no resolution. This would have held-up our remodeling project, but the countertop installer used his own to keep us on track.

My husband and I love this sink. We recently renovated our kitchen. It's wide and deep. A sheet pan can lay flat int he bottom, which is great for bakers like my husband. Our dish rack fits on one side, and there is still half the sink left with plenty of room for dirty dishes or washing dishes. I like that our dishes can dry right in the sink, freeing up counter space. And of course, when we need more sink space, we simply take the rack out. Some advice to others who purchase this sink: don't get a goose-neck style faucet. Those faucets are really high, and the sink is really deep, so it makes for some splashing, especially with the spray function. Get a lower-profile faucet. All in all, a great value! I saw sinks like this for 3x or more and am so happy I was able to put the money saved to other kitchen purchases.
