This is a beautiful sink...very well done. It's deep, so it makes washing large things a breeze. Be warned that things left in the sink may cause rings, or marks, depending on whether there is any residue on it. Vinegar will lighten the sink. Eventually the marks will darken, but to overall lighten the copper color, you can use vinegar to wipe it down. Personally, I think this adds to the character of the sink, but if you don't think you'll like marks showing, this sink is NOT FOR YOU!!!

I am very pleased with this sink basin. It is exactly what I was looking for and is of very good quality for the price.

Great deal on a heavy duty, beautiful sink. Looks great in a contemporary kitchen, and as the other reviewers have said, it is DEEP. We had to modify our cabinet a bit, but that's not the sinks problem - the specs are readily available. It comes well packaged, and with some nice accessories, like the bottom racks and a nice towel. And the drain options are nice - if you decide to go without a disposal, there is a great removable (with a little handle) food catch basin. You could pay a lot more for a kitchen sink, but you won't get much better. The only negative might be, with the depth, it could be a challenge to fit a giant disposal under it.

I buy houses and renovate them for resale so I order a good many kitchen and bath items from Overstock. This is the most expensive sink I've ever ordered and I should have stuck with the less expensive models. It was not made as a single piece of stainless steel. There was a rim on top with two bowls attached with a band underneath. I've never seen a double bowl stainless sink made this way. It was bent so that the smaller bowl was not level with the larger one. I didn't realize that until the granite was being installed. The installer used a board to push the smaller bowl up and screwed it to the cabinet so that they could go ahead with the install. It looks and works fine now but that's only because I had granite guys who knew how to fix a defective sink.

The sink is well made and seems to be made of very good materials. It's been installed for 3 weeks now and there is no signs of rust or scratching. It doesn't come with any racks for the bottom, but I found a Vigo insert that's pretty close. The sides of the sink are vertical and hold pretty big items. It had no problem fitting in a 36" sink base but you couldn't go any smaller. The bottom is pretty flat so after the sink drains, the final water moves slowly towards the drain baskets, but the sinks do drain. The rim came dented, but that was easily fixed and can't be seen once installed; my counter top supplier overhangs the granite about 1/4" over the edge so it's not visible. I wish there was a review when I purchase, but there wasn't so I hope this one helps. The sink is worth the $350 and at that price it is a good buy, but I would never have paid the $950 retail asking price.

This is a beautiful sink. Installed it is truly a focal point of our kitchen. You must be careful with pots and pans so as not to scratch the bottom of the sink. We are going to get a metal rack for the bottom of the sink to prevent this. I love the large basin. You can place large pans in the bottom and easily let them soak with even distribution (i.e. you do not have to tilt them at an angle as with double basin sinks). This is an expensive sink, but not when compared to the range of prices for other fireclay apron front sinks of this size (30in). We have had this sink for a couple of weeks now and are really enjoying this sink!

The sink is really great quality. We love the full size basin and the 9 1/2 inch depth. It's an Ariel, with 18 gauge steel, The drain is well made with the removable strainer basket (which has a handle) and a tight seal on the cover/plug. It's also really pretty. Just what we ordered.

Our sink has been installed now for approximately three months and we absolutely love it. The depth of this single basin sink makes it perfect for large pots and pans. We were concerned about not having two basins (one for a disk drainer) but with the additional wire insert, it works perfectly as a disk drainer. It is easy to clean looks modern and also timeless.

This sink is really beautiful and solid with very deep basins. I like the padding on the outside to muffle sound. One thing to note if you don't see it on the photo: this sink has two rather large etched-in brand stamps on the wall of the sink! You can just barely see it on the photo; in fact, when I chatted with a representative about it, he was confident that there wasn't a brand stamp. When it arrived today we were super disappointed to see those two huge brand names "RUVATI" (at least they're etched in so it isn't completely horrific) on each basin. Also the basin came with the corner bent, but our counter guys are going to bend it back out. Overall, I think it's going to be a nice addition to our modern kitchen.

I purchased this sink to be installed in my new granite counter top. I replaced a double basin sink with this sink. I love the sink, it is good quality, the grid for the bottom is nice as well as the drain and strainer. I almost purchased a sink like this for 100$ more that did not include the drain or grid and was a lesser gauge stainless from a large home improvement store....glad I checked Overstock....great value!

We needed to replace a non-functioning garbage disposal so what better time to replace our double-basin stainless steel drop-in and kitchen faucet. Because we were not replacing the countertops, I had to find a drop-in sink with the same measurements. My one goal was to find a single basin sink that would fit all the hand wash-only large items. This sink is great! It fits all my large items easily, it's quiet, cleans easily, and was cheaper than any other stainless steel sink I could find elsewhere. Great product, great value! We're very happy with our purchase.

My husband is a builder and we remodel or build several homes a year. I usually get sinks and bath fixtures from a national distributor but decided to check o.co just for kicks. Boy, am I glad I did! I usually pay almost twice the price for a K***** sink of this caliber. It's still in the box as we are waiting for the garnite to be fabricated but the sink looks great. I'm Italian so I cook (and clean up) a lot. I like the depth and size of the two basins- perfect for my big pasta pots. I'm using o.co for lots of stuff now as their service and delivery is excellent. I'm getting rugs for model homes at great prices too. I'm happy, happy, happy with all my products!.

My kitchen counters are quite narrow. I wanted a large, single basin sink to replace the factory installed low quality double basin unit. After searching the Web for many hours, I came upon the RUVATI sink. It was exactly what I had in mind and the price at Overstock.Com was less than half the price quoted by RUVATI, direct. It arrived in a sturdy carton with no marks or other damage. I was able to fit it into my counter and place a new faucet of quality aside the sink. FAULTS? Yes, two . . . the inclosed cardboard sheet was not labeled as the template and I spent several minutes searching for the expected paper template until I realized the cardboard was the unlabeled template. . . and, the hold-down clips were very unusual and there was no installation quideline at all. Not even a drawing on the box in which they were packed. As it turned out, it was necessary to take the clips apart, install the sink, and then using a magnetized screwdriver, put the second part of the clips up into the first half . . . a few words of help on the box would have saved considerable head scratching! All in all, this is a beautifully crafted sink and worth what Overstock.com sells it for.

I waited to write a review until after I had plenty of time to use it. I purchased this as I was redoing my kitchen. I had refinished the cabinets and was going to put in new granite countertops. I had to do some alterations of the counter as it is deeper than most counters but the tradeoff is well worth the time. I purchased the 30 in. single basin sink and it works great with cleaning. I am able to lay my bar pan stoneware fully down in the sink and also I am able to soak my trays for the dehydrator. The single drain is nice as I have a garbage disposal hooked up to it and having just one drain cuts potential leak issues in Ĺ. The insulation that is put on the sink cuts the noise down greatly I have a low noise garbage disposal and on my old cheap sink it was quiet but on this sink it cuts the noise down even more. And you donít get the loud ting sound that you normally get from cheap stainless steel sinks. The farmhouse SS front makes a bold statement and looks very nice in any kitchen that has other SS appliances. This is the first Kraus item I have ever purchased. It will not be the last as I have been very impressed with the workmanship and quality of it. I have recommended this item to several friends I know one purchased it and they also love it. When I have friends come over the sink is the first thing people notice when they enter my kitchen. At first people are kind of setback and not sure of it. Then when they use the sink and see how deep it is and what you can fit into it they are sold on it. I purchased this as a combo with the Kraus Commercial Pre-rinse Chrome Kitchen Faucet. Works great with this sink helps when rinsing out the sink.

I did a tremendous amount of research before purchasing this sink. I specifically wanted 16 gauge because it is thicker and stronger than 18 gauge, and thus less likely to show dents, etc. I also wanted to purchase a sink from a manufacturer that had a solid reputation. This sink met all of my requirements. It looks fabulous installed undermount with my granite. The sink was shipped with a drawstring cover over it for protection against abrasions. It also came with the strainer assembly, protection grid insert, and a dish towel. Kraus knows what to do to achieve customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier.

I was worried about going from a double to single basin sink but the size of this made the transition easy. I could not find a sink to fit our 30 inch cabinet that was 10 inches deep most were 8 and a few were 9 but this thing is awesome. I did go and buy a plastic tube to use for washing so I do not have to fill up the entire thing and I also bought plastic mats so that it does not scratch as quickly but I would have done that with any sink. I love it!

If you've never had a single basin sink, it's time to make the switch! I put one in my previous house and fell in love. My new house has a double basin. Switching to a single basin was my first order of business! You can fit large pots, including their handles, in the sink. you can fit entire cookie sheets flat across the bottom. My 70 year old parents converted to a single basin after staying with me and they would never go back to double basin. The only downfall to a double basin is wanting to dump things down the drain when you have a sink full of soapy water. You learn to make adjustments immediately because you'll love the large capacity. Nothing is too big to fit and wash in this sink! Kraus is a German name, but it's a Korean product. I was instantly leery of a Korean product, but this sink gets great reviews on several other sites. The true test comes after installation, which has not happened here yet. I will review again at that point. Amazon had loads of very high reviews on this specific sink. I paired it with an industrial faucet (American Standard 4332.350.075 Pekoe Semi-Professional Single Control Kitchen Faucet, Stainless Steel) and couldn't be happier with the quality and look of both.

Well everyone loves our new sink! The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that this really is a professional grade sink, but that term is not in the description. It is VERY large. Yes, the dimensions are listed, but most of us measure for width instead of depth and these are DEEP sinks. So if you need a large basin, or even think you will in the future it is worth the price.
