  • Great sink, but the service was horrible!

The farmhouse sink is gorgeous and a beautiful addition to our kitchen. The problem arose when we realized that the drain hole was too small to fit a standard flange. We spoke to numerous persons at Overstock: 4 client care personnel, a parts supervisor, the actual manufacturer, and a client care supervisor, all without success. We were told that the sink just needed an Anaheim flange. Then we were told that it was handmade so there would be variations, then the promise of a new sink. And finally, a special elongated flange, which we had already tried was offered. After being without water and the use of a kitchen sink for almost two weeks, we asked the man putting in the counter to try and widen the drain whole with the promise that he would no be responsible for any cracks, etc. Fortunately, this procedure worked by using a special diamond bit drill. Two days later, the extended flange arrived, which we already had purchased earlier. Of course, it would not have fit either. I...

I shopped all over and this was such a great deal all the way around! I can lay 3, 9x13 baking dishes long ways going across the bottom of the sink side by side. It's huge! With a family of 5 the sink fills up fast. Now I won't have to worry about the dishes overflowing. Super happy!!! I can't wait to move in to our house and use this beauty!

My kitchen counters are quite narrow. I wanted a large, single basin sink to replace the factory installed low quality double basin unit. After searching the Web for many hours, I came upon the RUVATI sink. It was exactly what I had in mind and the price at Overstock.Com was less than half the price quoted by RUVATI, direct. It arrived in a sturdy carton with no marks or other damage. I was able to fit it into my counter and place a new faucet of quality aside the sink. FAULTS? Yes, two . . . the inclosed cardboard sheet was not labeled as the template and I spent several minutes searching for the expected paper template until I realized the cardboard was the unlabeled template. . . and, the hold-down clips were very unusual and there was no installation quideline at all. Not even a drawing on the box in which they were packed. As it turned out, it was necessary to take the clips apart, install the sink, and then using a magnetized screwdriver, put the second part of the clips...

  • Great sink to soak those large pans

I use a dishwasher for my dishes, so a large sink to soak those large pans is great ! The quality is good and I don't anticipate it scratching much like previous metal sinks I have had.

I love this sink, granted I didn't have to install it. The shape is perfect and the grate thing that came with it is also cool. I didn't think I'd use, felt like one more thing to clean, it but now I love it. The corners have minimal radius, they're not zero radius, so they look a little softer than the zero rad sinks.
