  My 5 tier Baker's rack was delivered promptly and came out of the box ready to be used, (except for a couple of screws). It is beautiful, much more sturdy than I ever expected. I have filled it with glassware and dishes and am very confident that I will enjoy it for years to come. I looked at many, some much more expensive but I must admit this one was the best made and less expensive. I really feel I received my money's worth!!! Thank you.

  This was not difficult to assemble. Two people did it in about an hour. Is really beautiful with lovely styling and is the perfect size for extra kitchen storage. I also purchased an island from a different manufacturer which was poor. (See other review.) So, I was very pleased that, at least, this item turned out so well.

  Took two people several hours to put together. Very difficult. Poor quality, many scratches on surfaces. "Butcher block" top was not real, was cheap and the finish was badly done. Thought I was getting a bargain but not worth even this low price.

  First of all, I took a risk on this cart, ordering it sight unseen, because it was WORLDS more attractive than other carts in its price point (and beyond). Most of them are just downright fugly! And I was incredibly pleased by the quality of the build. The finish isn't cheap. The "carving" in the wood is nice and crisp. It feels quite solid. It's clearly not high end custom wood furniture but it's still SUPER nice, especially for the price. (Example: the shelves LOOK like separate planks, but they are not; it's an illusion. But it's a nicely done illusion.) It was even packaged well and everything arrived undamaged. I could have paid much more and still been very happy with the quality. It looks very nice, holds its own very well, even next to my late-1800s heartpine china cabinet and with my modern Eames Compact Sofa in the same room.   When finished, this is a beautiful piece of furniture. Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours with help to put it together. Couple small assembly issues. 1) The drawers need to be completely assembled. There is a milled slot that the drawer bottom slides into, then you secure it with 6 small screws. The bottom ended up 1/8 inch below the drawer sides and back, meaning I had to over tighten the screws to bring it in touch with the front/back pieces. Doable, other wise a gap is there. 2) The middle panel, ITEM D, was a pain. The dowels were too small to seat in the side bars, so it would fall apart at the slightest twist. Seriously tried my patience. And lastly we are missing 1 piece, Handle Arm. Will call tomorrow and report back on the response. I did see this exact cart in another site for $XXX.XX more today, a link from Amazon.com. The directions are good, pieces could be marked FRONT / BACK, pay attention!
